Who is Paul Orleck?
Georgia-based Product Design Manager operating as the Head of Design in Tech, thriving at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. With over a decade of experience across nonprofits, agencies, and fast-paced fintech companies, I’ve seen how thoughtful design drives real human connection and real business impact.
At Booster, I’ve rebuilt and scaled the design team to 3x its size in under a year, leading a high-performing team of designers, developers, and researchers across nearshore and global teams. I partner directly with the Heads of Product, Engineering, and Data as a core voice in shaping strategy, while staying close to the work, connecting vision to execution, listening to users, and building experiences that are intuitive, bold, and built with purpose.
But I’m Not All Pixels & Prototypes
Outside of work, I’m probably chasing the sun on my mountain bike, throwing discs through the woods (and into trees) in a game of disc golf, or on walks with our dog Chewy. These days, our adventures look a little different, in the best way. My amazing wife and I recently welcomed our baby girl, and now every outing includes diapers, wipes, and at least a few backup outfits. It’s a whole new kind of adventure, and honestly, the best one yet.
We’re also big fans of the Atlanta Braves and the Cincinnati Bengals (yes, I know… tough life sometimes, but Who Dey!).
Design is my passion. But living a creative, connected life, that’s what drives me.
