Who is Paul Orleck?
Georgia-based Product Design Manager who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a good design challenge. With over a decade of experience across nonprofits, agencies, and fast-paced fintech companies, I’ve seen how thoughtful design can shape real, human connection — and that’s what keeps me coming back every day.
Currently, I lead design at Booster, where I’m not just managing a team — I’m right there with them: listening to users, breaking down problems, and building experiences that are intuitive, beautiful, and bold. I believe in leading through curiosity, vibing off the energy of my team, and making sure the why behind the work always shines.
But I’m Not All Pixels & Prototypes
Outside of work, I’m probably chasing the sun on my mountain bike, throwing discs through the woods (and into trees) in a game of disc golf, or on walkies with our dog Chewy. I’m allergic to nearly everything outside — but I still spend as much time in nature as possible. My amazing wife and I are currently in our biggest adventure yet: growing our little family and discovering what this life has in store for us next.
Design is my passion. But living a creative, connected life — that’s what drives me.
